About InvOnline

InvOnline was created and is operated by 9451-0468 Québec Inc., a company incorporated in Québec, Canada, in 2021. Its founder has nearly 20 years of experience building business and cloud-based applications.

While working as a consultant, the founder created and sent invoices in Excel every month. It worked, but each invoice required sitting down at a computer and repeating the same steps.

That recurring task led to InvOnline. It was first built for the founder's own work, then made available to others with the same need.

InvOnline was designed to keep everyday invoicing simple. It saves customer and service information and uses autocomplete where helpful, reducing repetitive typing and helping users finish invoices more quickly.

Privacy and security

Privacy and security have been important considerations from the beginning. InvOnline uses Google sign-in or one-time email codes, so it does not store account passwords.

Sign-in sessions expire automatically, and data is kept separate between accounts. The service also uses HTTPS and restricted server access.

InvOnline does not sell or rent user data, and it does not use advertising trackers. More details are available in the Privacy Policy.
